Circular window in period property
This period property had a lovely circular window, which was Georgian bar and single glazed but did not open and was rotten.
Our brief was to manufacture a window that would give longevity of life and look exactly as the original, but be double glazed, opening (if possible) with the introduction of weather seal and also to re-introduce a traditional lining reveal and circular architrave.
The new unit is fully weather sealed, so protecting it from the cause of the rot in the original window and it included internal radius architrave and lining.
The window was made with Red Sapele and excellent African hardwood and painted to match the other windows.
